Your appointments and convenience are of high importance to me. I realize that at times unexpected circumstances and illness may require a schedule adjustment. 

If you need to cancel an appointment, I respectfully require that you provide at least 48-hour notice. Your deposit will be applied toward your next booked session.

Failure to cancel or reschedule within the 48 hr time frame will result in forfeiture of the deposit and will inquire a 30% cancellation fee. 

No call/no show appointments will be charged for the FULL price of the service. You will also be required to have a credit card on file to secure any future bookings.

Clients who do not show more than once will be required to pay in full before any future appointments.

Arriving 15 minutes or later, the appointment will have to be completely rescheduled and you will be charged a 30% cancellation fee. This charge does not go toward your next appointment.

This policy is in place because I value and respect each clients time and try my best to stay on track. Just as you wouldn't want me to run late for your time, I wouldn't want anyone else to have to start late, as well. Thank you for understanding! xoxo Heather
